KELLY A. MOFFAT, OD

Dr. Moffat graduated with Distinction from the University of Wyoming with her Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology in 1995. She went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon where she graduated with honors in 2001. Dr. Moffat completed her internships in primary care, ocular disease and surgical co-management from the Walla Walla VA hospital and TLC Northwest Eye in Seattle, Washington.

Dr. Moffat’s professional affiliations include the American Optometric Association, the Arizona Optometric Association, the Southern Arizona Optometric Association, Women in Vision and the National Glaucoma Society. Dr. Moffat has previously served on the Southern Arizona Optometric Society Committee and is currently a governor appointed Member of the Arizona State Board of Optometry.

Dr. Moffat enjoys working in a multispecialty setting where she performs routine eye care including diabetic, glaucoma and cataract evaluations. In addition, Dr. Moffat fits specialty contact lenses on regular and irregular corneas including those affected by pathology and surgical correction.

Dr. Moffat and her husband moved to Tucson in 2002. They enjoy spending all of their free time with their two wonderful boys.
